Winner of the 2003 Pulitzer Prize, Anna in the Tropics is a poignant and poetic play set in Florida in 1929 in a Cuban-American cigar factory, where cigars are still rolled by hand and "lectors" are employed to educate and entertain the workers.

Time Stands Still - Cinnabar Theater

One of the masters of contemporary American theater brings us Sarah, a photojournalist recuperating from a tour in the Middle East, and James, a foreign correspondent seeking a change of venue. Telling tough stories about the world at large collides with the story they have to tell about themselves and their relationship to work and to each other. Now they face tough choices about their future. Can they live a conventional life and still keep a sense of right and wrong, not to mention their sanity?

Silent Sky is the story of Henrietta Leavitt, a Massachusetts pastor's daughter who leaves her home and beloved sister for a job at Harvard University's Observatory. Despite her lowly position and limited access to scientific equipment, Henrietta makes an amazing discovery about the cosmos and about love.
